Why we created MateSpace
We kept seeing the same problem: important HR processes operate separately. Bonuses are managed manually, events get lost in messages, surveys are disconnected from analytics, information is hard to find, and employees’ good work does not always receive recognition.
We decided to bring these interactions together in one product — and MateSpace was born.
